ProHisto introduces its first IHC and IF focus kits-The Ultra Amplifying IHC Kits for the detection
of Cellular Stress. This kit not only contains all the reagents and choice of Amplifier found in the
super Amplifying IHC Kit, but also includes 4 antibodies which are important indicators of cellular
stress response: anti-DNA Damage, anti-Nitrotyrosine, anti-p53, and anti-p53-phospho-serine 15.
These antibodies cross react with both human and mouse tissue. These antibodies have been
vigorously tested using the ProHisto system, and the kit is available in a 150 and 300 slide
volume format. Future kits that focus on Apoptosis, Neuropathology, and Inflammatory markers
are in development.
