Because the ProHisto system dramatically increases sensitivity, the first time a primary antibody is used, it needs to be titered. We recommend that you test your antibodies at 1:1000, 1:10,000, 1:50,000, 1:100,000, and 1 in 1 million the first time you use it with this system. This titering allows you to find the concentration with the best signal to noise ratio. We advise that secondary antibodies can be diluted 1:2- 1:10 times what you currently use.
