The researcher/customer only has to:
1. Send us the slides, and their antibody.
2. Send us 5 extra positive control slides per antibody.
3. We will provide optimization on these positive control slides
if this has
not already been done by our company or the customer.
4. Send us one extra slide for a negative (no primary antibody) control.
Once services have been rendered, we will send the antibody, and diluted antibody (which can be re-used by the customer again if they choose to do so) back to the customer along with all stained slides.
