What is your return policy?

answer:
We will gladly replace any product that arrives damaged from
shipment; We will replace any product that arrives with a manufacturing
defect; Should either of these occur, please contact us for a replacement, free of charge.


Do you accept orders by fax?

answer:
Yes, but please either ask for a return fax confirmation or call if you have not received your order after a week, because our fax screens for"junk mail" and we want to make sure we receive your order!  Fax: 803-407-0260

Why can't I get overnight shipping?

answer:
Because the Antibody Amplifier™ has been priced to be affordable for labs of all sizes, we feel that the cost to you for overnight shipping defeats the purpose of our low pricing. If you have an emergency, and need the Antibody Amplifier™ quicker, please contact us, and we can make special arrangements.


Do you ship internationally?

answer:
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please change the "country" option on the checkout page when ordering to avoid error reponses. Also note, the purchaser is responsible for custom and duty charges. Our products may be labeled as "plastic slide box".

Why must I leave a message when calling and wait for a return call?

answer:
We are a small company, and have to prioritize our duties. Every employee of Prohisto is a trained scientist.  Therefore, if you do get a recorded message, it is because we are in the lab, trying to improve IHC even more!


I need help now! How can I get in touch quickly?

answer:
Email. We check our email frequently, about every 20 minutes. If you have questions about ordering, or need troubleshooting help, write us. You will get a fast response. We will help in any way we can.
