ProHisto Quality Policy All commercial products shipped to customers will conform to established product sales specifications . No product shipped shall contain any non-conforming material nor shall any non-conforming final product be blended into any product shipped to customers . Any matter of non-conforming materials , products or customer complaints shall be the subject of corrective and preventative action to prevent , eliminate or mitigate further occurrences with the objective to improve customer satisfaction . ProHisto shall establish and maintain an annual quality improvement plan .
