The Antibody Amplification(tm) system is a patent pending combination of an Amplifier Tray with a specially designed Antibody Diluent which allows the scientist to use standard lab equipment and familiar IHC practices to achieve much greater immunodetection sensitivity and reproducibility . The tray has 12 isolated slide compartments and a lid that not only snaps on tightly to eliminate cross contamination across slide bays , but also allows stacking of trays for larger experiments . Slides lay flat in the compartments , exposed to 3ml of highly diluted primary antibody solution while rocking . Best results have been obtained with overnight rocking at 4C though shorter incubation times and higher temperatures have also been shown effective .
